
Kristie Kronk, Chief Operating Officer, brings 30 years of experience in Senior Living Operations. Prior to joining Arcadia, Kristie served as Sr. Vice President of Operations at Eclipse Senior Living/Elmcroft Senior Living for 17 years, responsible for daily operational oversight of more than 100 communities in 29 States. Kristie has had a varied and successful career in the Long-Term Care and The Assisted Living Industry, starting from the ground up, she has held positions throughout her career as a Community Sales Director, Regional Sales and Marketing Director, VP of Sales and Marketing, Regional Director of Operations, VP of Resident and Quality Services and SVP of Operations.
Kristie has a unique ability to see the big picture from ensuring quality care is being delivered, selling, and increasing occupancy, to supporting community profitability. Kristie started in Senior Housing in the early 90’s and has never looked back. She has a very deep and diverse operational background and has been directly responsible for driving safety and quality care initiatives, developing quality dining and activity experiences, as well as maintaining strong occupancy and expense controls that lead to successful financial results. Kristie describes her passions in life as spending time with her family and friends including serving our most vulnerable Seniors.
Kristie is a graduate from Miami University of Ohio and resides in Louisville, KY.
